Bank Reconciliations
Our company is happy to help with your bank reconciliations. We can arrange to do this monthly for you or your company, or we can train you on how it is done; following-up to make sure it’s being done correctly.

We are capable of meeting ALL of your accounting needs. We are experts in QuickBooks software. So, whether you do your own books, or just need help from time to time, we are able to meet any needs you have. One of the most important functions of accounting, is setting up your books correctly at the front end of starting a business. However, many clients have come to me over the years to “clean-up” their books. We have found that nothing is beyond our expertise. We bring order to chaos; which equals peach of mind. One of our happiest results, is helping clients avoid penalties and late fees due to poor accounting practices.
Tax Planning and Budgeting
Gaylynn believes strongly in peace of mind through financial planning and budgeting. She has been a class coordinator for the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University course. As we prepare your tax returns, we will analyze them, and give advice on where we feel positive changes can be made.

Fees
Since every individual and business is unique, so is our fee schedule. It would not be in your best interest for us to quote a flat fee for services, without understanding more about what you require. Our first consultation is free to go over your needs.
